Nyumbisha help

How Nyumbisha works

Rent, tenancies and payments for Kenyan landlords and managing agents: tenants pay on WhatsApp and payments match themselves.

You add your buildings and units, move tenants in with their WhatsApp number, and each tenant gets one message with their bill and a Pay button. Payments by M-Pesa land against the right unit on their own, and every tenant keeps their receipts in WhatsApp and on their own page.
